Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email customercare@yuty.me. Returns must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unused condition, as received.

Return for refund requests must be sent within 28 days of initial receipt of shipment.

Refund Policy

Refund will be issued for returned products received in their original packaging, undamaged condition, as received.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Promotional sales are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or defective products

Those may be returned after contacting customercare@yuty.meand immediately upon receipt. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product for the return to be addressed promptly.

NōMELIS will cover the return shipping & handling costs if the return is a result of their error (example: if you received an incorrect or defective item.)

You will be responsible for the shipping & handling costs associated with returns for reasons other than receipt of an incorrect or defective item.

Exchange Policy

NōMELIS will accept requests for exchange or replacement in kind, and of equal value on products purchased, in their original packaging and undamaged condition. Exchange and replacement must be requested within 15 days of receipt of the initial order.

Cancellation Policy

Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please do so within 5 hours after placing the order. Processed and shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
