Returns & Refunds

In the event that you have an issue, please email customercare@yuty.me with your order number, and confirm whether you would like to Return or Exchange your item, as well as your reasons for wanting to do so.

Please note that the goods must be returned unopened still intact, unused and in a re-sellable condition within 28 days of delivery. If your delivery gets lost in the post and is not received, Latticia organics will be unable to issue a refund - please return the goods by recorded delivery and retain the recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.

Damaged goods

If you have received a damaged or defective order, please email customercare@yuty.me with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) within 7 working days of receiving your parcel.
