Due to the pandemic LOG Cosmetics is unable to accept any returns due to health & safety risks and currently limited delivery services. If you're not satisfied with your products, please email customercare@yuty.me with your order number and feedback about your products.

LOG Cosmetics offers two options: You can exchange for another similar product within the same price range or you can return your order in its original state (unused and unopened) for a full refund.
