Please allow between 2-11 days for your order to arrive. If more than 15 days have passed please email help@yuty.me to review the status of your order.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund the items out of stock of your order, to the original method of payment.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped

Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Sade Baron make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 to 4 business days of the date of your order.

Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sundays.

Returns
Sade Baron returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sade Baron also do not accept products that are intimate, personal care or sanitary goods.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of receipt, as well as refund decision.

If you are approved, then the refund will be processed, and applied to the original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Sade Baron only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email hello@yuty.me

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to guarantee that Sade Baron will receive your returned item.
