SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 3pm EST or on weekdays are processed the next business day.

Body Vow (Souffle): Insulated Shipping

During the warmer months (May 31st- September 20th) the Body Vows will be frozen for 24 hours before shipping and are shipped in silver heat- resistant insulated mailers. The package will arrive at your doorstep at a chilled temperature.

To avoid items melting from being left outside too long:

Please monitor your tracking closely and arrange to have items picked up as soon as they are delivered.
Have your items shipped to your workplace, if you are not home during the day.
