Processing times are in place for all orders. You’ll receive a notification email with tracking details once your package has been shipped.

REFUND POLICY

GILDED want you to love your purchase. If you find that your purchase is not quite compatible with your beauty regimen, or if for any reason you are unhappy with an item, please send an email within 7 days of receiving your order to customercare@yuty.me to arrange an exchange or refund of your purchase.

Skincare products must contain at least 50% of the product and be returned in their original product packaging. Please note customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for returning products to GILDED. To initiate the returns process, please email customercare@yuty.me

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund is processed securely back to the original method of payment, this may take up to 7-10 business days to complete.
