If you have received a damaged/incorrect item(s), MHB are happy to replace any damaged/incorrect or defective items purchased.

Please email customercare@yuty.me within 3 days of delivery with your order number, description of damage/incorrect item(s) and photos.

For International orders, returns and refunds will not be issued for customs delays, holds, duty fees which are out of our/MHB control, as well as unclaimed parcels.
