Shipping Policy

Please allow Skôt Beauté 1-2 business days for processing all orders, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery within the USA. Notification for shipping/tracking information will be sent via email once processed.

For International Orders, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for order delivery. Keeping in mind any customs delays are completely out of Skôt Beauté's control. Customers are responsible for all import and custom duties, also any applicable taxes levied by the country your order is shipped to.

Skôt Beauté gladly send samples in addition to a personal note attached to all orders. Skôt Beauté isn’t responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided. Neither are Skôt Beauté responsible for international delays due to custom issues.

Return Policy

Skôt Beauté truly hope you’ll love Skôt products as much as they do. However, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied, Skôt Beauté will accept returns within 10 days from the shipping date on UNUSED/UNOPENED products for the full refund amount less shipping fees. Skôt Beauté will not be responsible for return shipment cost.

Though Skôt Beauté try their best to ensure the best packaging for the safest delivery, they do understand that unforeseen situations are sometimes inevitable. If you’ve received damaged/defective products, Skôt Beauté will gladly replace at no cost once verified.
