Dehiya products are meticulously and thoughtfully packaged for careful shipping. Dehiya Beauty use recycled and recyclable packing materials.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of your order. During the holidays/sales events, please allow additional time. If you ordered something on pre-order, please be aware of the estimated delivery times during purchase.

All products are created in micro batches and hand labelled with love.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the handmade nature of these products Dehiya Beauty don’t accept returns – unless damaged or defective upon arrival. In this case, they will replace your product in a timely manner at no cost to you. If a product arrives damaged/defective, take a picture of it immediately upon arrival and e-mail it to hello@yuty.me.

It is, however, very important that you are pleased with your experience and thrilled with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your items upon receiving them, please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help.

If Dehiya Beauty determine an order needs to be resent, it is at their discretion to require a signature delivery confirmation.
