Epara Skincare hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied they are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.

Epara will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

Epara Skincare is not able to provide a refund or offer a new delivery until 21 working days from dispatch due to some orders taking 21 days to be delivered

Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify help@yuty.me within 14 working days (beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you)
