REFUND POLICY

ColorBlend beleive that you will love their cosmetics, however they understand that on occasion you may need to return an item. As part of their commitment to customer service, they aim to keep these instances to a minimum.

ColorBlend Makeup are happy to exchange or issue a full refund for a product up to 14 days after placing your order, on the condition that it is returned unopened, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

ColorBlend Makeup reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.

ColorBlend Makeup cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by their returns department. For your protection, they advise customers to obtain proof of posting and use a carrier that insures your goods in the event of them being damaged or going missing in transit. It is also highly recommended that you use a recorded delivery service so you can track your order on its way back to ColorBlend Makeup

FAULTY/INCORRECT GOODS

If you receive an item from ColorBlend which is faulty/broken, or which you did not order please contact help@yuty.me within 14 days of purchase, so that a refund or replacement can be arranged. In the event that good are returned, please do send by recorded mail delivery.

Despite best efforts some services may be disrupted during Covid-19. Please provide us with your tracking information to hello@yuty.me if your product is lost or delayed. Thank you for your support and patience.
