Rella Beauty aims to make sure they are only sending you the best quality product. To maintain their sanitary standards, Rella Beauty cannot accept returns since the items used on the face.

However, Rella Beauty understands that sometimes things happen. Your item can be replaced if it’s damaged when it reaches you. Please email help@yuty.me if this is the case. This will require proof of damages and Rella Beauty will investigate when it was delivered to you. Just a reminder that this is for a replacement product, not a refund.

Rella Beauty do not offer refunds.

CANCELLATIONS

You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.

Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed.

LOST PACKAGE

Rella Beauty is not responsible for any delays in delivery or lost shipments BUT if something gets lost, we will do our best to track it down.
