REFUND & EXCHANGES

FREYA + BAILEY will issue refunds or exchanges as long as the customer provides email notification within 7 working days of the delivery.

FREYA + BAILEY will refund or exchange unopened, unused and orders returned damage and dent free in its original packaging.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations FREYA + BAILEY cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition.

Please email help@yuty.meand our support team will issue you with a returns reference number and provide instructions on how to return your goods.

FREYA + BAILEY aims for customer orders to reach their destinations in perfect condition. If the order arrives damaged, please email photographs as soon as possible – including details of any leaks, breakages or signs that the outer parcel has been tampered with. Please retain the product and packaging until the issue has been resolved.
