Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped on (Monday-Friday) business days only. Orders placed after 4:00 P.M. EST will not be processed for shipping until the next following business day.

Return Policy

Should you not be fully satisfied with any aspect of service or product, please contact customercare@yuty.me and tell us about your concerns.

Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to the sanitary nature of Urban Sereninté's products, they do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds of any kind.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please note a 10% restocking and payment processing fee will be charged for all orders that are cancelled. Shipping charges will not be refunded once the order is placed. This charge is used to cover fees incurred by processing electronic payments.

Incorrect Items

If you have received the wrong item, please contact customercare@yuty.me within 24 hours of delivery, so you can be provided with the necessary return instructions. Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by packing slip and all original packaging. The product(s) must be returned unused and undamaged to ensure an exchange. The correct purchased item(s) will be processed as soon as possible, once the returned package is received.
